In this uncertain, complex, abnormal, Covid 19 environment we cannot, should not continue with “regular” policies and procedures for this will lead to stagnation, immobility, low growth and possible failure. We must therefore, disrupt constructively. We must deconstruct the regular policies and procedures so we can become more agile, innovative, resilient, and risk intelligent which will help us to identify new growth opportunities.
Folks, Deliberate disruption is necessary if our institutions are to survive and thrive.
Leaders must now reimagine what’s possible by:
- identifying and treating emerging risks and opportunities
- remove outdated processes and policies and if necessary outdated thinkers
- generate better decisions based on data and less on feelings, personal thoughts and organizational titles
